The Sydney Mortgage Brokers Directory lists mortgage broker businesses across Sydney, pulling factual details from public sources and scoring each one using a single fixed rubric applied to all Google reviews. Listing here costs nothing, and no payment changes your score or position. This page explains how to fix errors in your listing, challenge a score you believe is wrong, or ask for removal. Correcting factual details

If your business name, address, phone number, website, opening hours, or service list is wrong, send us the correct information along with proof. We accept documentation from your website or your Google Business Profile. Once verified, the correction is locked in and survives our monthly data refresh.

Disputing a score

Your score comes directly from applying our published rubric to Google reviews. A dispute means one of three things: your profile is linked to the wrong business, reviews are attributed to you that belong elsewhere, or our summary of what reviewers wrote misrepresents them. We do not hand-edit scores, so we re-check the underlying data and regenerate your listing. A dispute is not a request for a better number, but rather a claim that the input data is incorrect.

Asking for removal

We remove listings only in three cases: the business is permanently closed, the listing is a duplicate, or the business sits outside the Sydney mortgage broker scope. Our monthly verification also automatically catches and removes closed businesses. If your listing is accurate and in scope, we will decline the removal request and explain why plainly.

How fast you will hear back

Every request gets a response within 5 business days. If removal is approved, we action it within 7 days. Requests we cannot grant come with a clear reason.
